About me
Born in 1998 and loving sport and science since then, so after graduating as a Master in Movement Science from the University of Leuven (2021), I combined coaching with a Research Project at UZ Leuven. Focusing on the prevention of heart failure. It taught me a lot, but I’m at my best when working with people who are motivated, disciplined, and excited to work toward their goals.
So, now I'm 27 years old and over the past eight years, I've been training beginners, competitive athletes, CEO's, business teams, women during and after pregnancy, and people with specific needs — both in person and online. Most of them became dedicated, consistent, and genuinely fell in love with training — thanks to their own motivation, but also because I lead by example and prioritize myself.
During my studies, I founded Gains and Brains to help students stay active during exam periods. And now, after years of coaching without a clear structure, this platform finally brings clarity to the online coaching people have been asking me for.
I currently combine my coaching work with a role at the Faculty of Movement and Rehabilitation Sciences, where I develop both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. This dual position keeps me connected to the needs of the field and the latest scientific developments within sports research.
The Basics
Online
I love coaching in real life, seeing how my energy and motivation transfers into a persons trainingsstyle. I want you to learn discipline, consistency and find enthusiasm in training, just as much as I do.
But online coaching will allow you to train wherever you are, with the same structure, intensity and guidance. I want you to feel responsible for doing your training sessions. And I'm sure that all of the characteristics above will come when you stick to the plan and start with a clear goal, whether that is winning a certain game, have stronger legs, be able to do 10 pull ups are just look more trained.
Lifestyle
I practice what I preach. Movement and taking care of my body matter to me, but so do the people around me. My friends keep me grounded and joyful. Whether it’s Friday evenings, festivals, city trips, or ski holidays, they give me the space to eat in a way that feels good, to keep my routines, and they also make sure I don’t forget to enjoy.
My boyfriend and I've built a lifestyle that blends performance with playfulness. As a professional cyclist, he teached me discipline and together we’ve created a rhythm where we can enjoy, move, eat well, rest, and still have fun.
I love working out, and even on the days I don’t feel like it, I show up. I always ask myself: Is my body truly tired, or am I just resisting the effort? That’s the kind of awareness I want others to develop too.
Outside of training, you’ll find me with my friends, sipping a ginger drink, exploring new cities, skiing, or getting lost in a good fiction book. And my favourite question will always be: “Coffee?”
Strength
Based on what I learned during my studies, I integrate exercise physiology, nutrition, and performance psychology into my own training routines. You can hold me accountable for giving you the same knowledge, clarity, and guidance in your program.
Nutrition and habits
Building habits around nutrition is key. Knowing what to eat, when, and roughly how much helps you understand your body. I’m not a certified nutritionist, but I know my basics, and more.
