
How to start training - How to perform
I will build a training program that works for you, and guide you along the way. I’m going to challenge you, and when it feels intense, take it as a compliment.
What's included?
Intake
We start with an assessment of your goals, experience and physical capabilities. I want to see the bigger picture, video-calls, recordings, earlier/actual measurements (body and physically) could help me.
Training Program
I create personalized two‑month strength or cardio plans, with one or more training sessions. Build up gradually. Nutrition: I’m not a nutritionist, but I know my basics, and so I’ll guide you wherever you need support.
Follow up
Throughout your training weeks, you get my follow‑up, feedback, and adjustments so you stay on track. If you’ve trained with me before, you know I like updates, challenging questions, and honest feedback.

- Duration: 2 months. If you want more long‑term, structured guidance, we simply continue building. After each program, we review your progress, discuss what’s next, and shape a new schedule that matches your evolution.

You’re starting from zero or you’ve been training for a while but without structure or getting the results you’re aiming for, this coaching is for you.
You want to feel and look fitter or stronger, or you’ve been going to the gym but aren’t sure how to build things up. I’ll teach you how to begin, how to create structure, and how to keep progressing beyond the basics.

Improve / Perform
For athletes or dedicated sportspeople wanting to work on a weak spot, prepare for an important competition, or fine‑tune their strength skills.
My expertise includes explosive power, maximal strength, and sport‑specific exercises. Periodisation and tapering are part of the process so you can peak at exactly the right moment.
- Specific sports: I have more specific experiences in athletics, gymnastics, dance, cycling, ultimate frisbee and HYROX.
