START — Foundation

Unsure where to start in the gym or how to build a training routine? START is for anyone who needs structure and wants progression.

You get access to pre‑made training plans that teach you the key movements in strength training (from compound lifts to basic isolation exercises). Each week builds on the previous one so you can progress.

You can choose up to two programs from the four available options (upper body, lower body, full body, or a hybrid plan). Each program runs for two months, and you’re free to keep using it afterward. All plans are evidence‑based, beginner‑friendly, and designed to prepare you for more advanced training later on.

Each plan comes in Level A and Level B. Level A is the simplest version. Level B is slightly more complex and more challenging. After one month, you can switch levels if you feel ready.

No intake call required. Please share some personal information and your chosen training plan(s) in the contact form. If really needed, I'll still make small adjustments so the program fits you. You receive one video call for feedback, questions, and small adjustments so you can begin training with clarity and reassurance.

GROW — Progression

If you’re ready for a more dedicated approach, this program is for you. Unlike START, this is fully personalised: Whether you have a clear vision of your goals or you’re still figuring them out, we take the time to build a training routine that fits you. You get a personal trainingplan over the course of two months and close guidance to help you progress with intention and precision.

After you reach out through the contact-form, we start with an intake session where we discuss your goals, training history, training preferences, and physical capabilities. Based on this assessment, I create a fully personalized program (one or multiple training sessions depending on what you need).

Your program runs for two months and includes built‑in progression so you can develop strength, technique, and consistency in a structured way. You can count on continuous follow‑up, and you can ask for feedback whenever you need it. After one month (or whenever it’s most helpful) we schedule a videocall to evaluate your progress and adjust your plan so you keep moving forward with clarity and confidence.

PERFORM — Perform

PERFORM is designed for athletes and dedicated sportspeople who need advanced strength training and periodization. If you want to prepare for a competition, address a weak spot, or peak at the right moment, this program is something for you.

My expertise includes explosive power, maximal strength, and sport‑specific exercises. 

This traject includes everything from GROW, but with deeper sport‑specific analysis and more complex training methods. I study your sport, movement demands, and performance goals. Your program includes explosive power development, maximal strength work, and sport‑specific exercises.

Periodization and tapering are integrated so you can perform at your best when it matters.

Specific sports: I have more specific experiences in athletics, gymnastics, dance, cycling, ultimate frisbee and HYROX.

CREATE - Master your own Training (to come)

This one is specifically for those who want to understand the principles behind strength training and learn how to design their own programs. This trajectory focuses on self‑education and gives you the fundamental and advanced knowledge you need to build effective training routines. 

By different short webinars provided by me, you'll learn the core concepts of strength training: the basics of hypertrophy, maximal strength, explosivity, how to use compound exercises, how to select exercises based on your goals, how to manage training volume and frequency, and how to structure a complete program from start to finish.The slides are filled with clear theory, practical examples, and exercise templates that guide you step by step in creating your own training routine and sessions.

Once you’ve built your OWN program, we schedule a feedback session where I review your work, answer your questions, and help you refine your plan.

  • Format: I work with excell, with all the information and video's you need

  • Location: Programs for in the gym, at home, with minimal equipment or fully equipped spaces.

  • DurationEach program runs for two months. If you want more long‑term, structured guidance, we can continue building up. After every program, we review your progress and discuss what’s next.
