About me

I’ve always loved sport and science, so after graduating as a Master in Movement Science from the University of Leuven (2021), I combined coaching with a Research Project at UZ Leuven. Focusing on the prevention of heart failure. It taught me a lot, but I’m at my best when working with people who are motivated, disciplined, and excited to work toward their goals.

Over the past eight years, I've trained beginners, competitive athletes, CEO's, business teams, women before and after pregnancy, and people with specific needs — both in person and online. Most of them became dedicated, consistent, and genuinely fell in love with training — thanks to their own motivation, but also because I lead by example and prioritize myself.

During my studies, I founded Gains and Brains to help students stay active during exam periods. And now, after years of coaching without a clear structure, this platform finally brings clarity to the online coaching people have been asking me for.

 

My Four Basics 

Online 

I love coaching in real life, seeing how my energy and motivation transfers into a persons trainingsstyle. But online coaching will allow you to train wherever you are, with the same structure, intensity and guidance. I want you to feel responsible for doing your training sessions. 

 

Lifestyle 

I practice what I preach. I enjoy working out, but even on the days I don’t feel like it, I still show up. I always look at the bigger picture: is my body truly tired, or am I just resisting the effort? I want others to get to know their bodies as well.

Outside of training, I’m happiest with my friends, a ginger drink in hand, going on citytrips or skiing, fiction books, and I'll always say yes to “coffee?”.

Strength

Based on what I learned during my studies, I integrate exercise physiology, nutrition, and performance psychology into my own training routines.You can hold me accountable for giving you the same knowledge, clarity, and guidance in your program.

Nutrition and habits 

Building habits around nutrition is key. Knowing what to eat, when, and roughly how much helps you understand your body. I’m not a certified nutritionist, but I know my basics, and more.
